Embark on an unforgettable adventure to explore three stunning islands in San Blas, including exclusive access to Isla Misdup.

Visit Isla Yansa, one of the most beautiful inhabited islands in San Blas, with palm-fringed beaches, calm waters, and the chance to meet the friendly Kuna people. Rent a SUP board for added adventure or simply relax and enjoy the tropical paradise.

After a fresh fish or chicken lunch, continue to the Natural Pool, a sunken island where you can stand waist-deep in crystal-clear waters, marveling at sea stars and vibrant marine life.

Lastly, head to Isla Misdup, a secluded, uninhabited island with wild, pristine beaches. Enjoy the vast submerged sandbank and find your own private spot to relax.

Depart Isla Misdup between 3:00–3:30 PM and return to Panama City, arriving by 7:00 PM.

Visit the famous Natural Pool, a sunken island where you can stand in waist deep water on fine sand. Swim in this beautiful pool and take pictures with the starfishes! This is a once in a lifetime experience!

Visit isla arena blanca and finish your tour at isla diablo/niadup where you can prepare in order to return to the port.

Visit Isla Yansa, one of the nicest islands in San Blas with fine white sand beaches and crystalline waters.

Enjoy a fresh lunch consisting of fried fish or chicken with rice and salad. Also a beverage consisting of bottle of water, soda or beer.

Isla Misdup is a newly opened island, which invites with its vast beaches and shallow sandbank. This island is a true paradise island, which does not receive many visitors and can only be visited with our tour. Guests can enjoy the shallow, balmy waters, strolling far into the ocean.

“Tigo” is the cell phone company that has the best reception in San Blas.
The use of drones is prohibited in San Blas! Heavy fines are imposed on those who ignore the rules.
The boat transfer from the port to the islands may be bumpy with some sea spray. If you are sensitive to motion sickness, please prepare accordingly by bringing appropriate medication. You may also get wet, so please bring some water protection for your luggage and yourself
You are welcome to bring a cooler with your own drinks, potable water, snacks and beverages (fruit juice or alcohol). The driver will stop at a supermarket on the way to San Blas in order for you to purchase additional items.
Please be prepared for a 2.5 hour car journey each way (1 hour on a highway and about 1.5 hours through the mountains over curvy roads! Please do not leave bad reviews because of the road. We try to warn you ahead of time ;)

This activity involves entering and exiting boats on swim ladders. Depending on the tide, it may be challenging for some guests to enter and exit boats onto the boat dock, which may be significantly higher than the boat.

Travel Emergencies: The San Blas islands are located in a very remote region of Panama. We ask all guests to be responsible for their own well being and to be aware that medical assistance can often not be provided right away. The closest medical facility in San Blas is very basic and can only provide assistance for minor issues. Guests with injuries such as broken bones that require more specialized treatment need to be transported to Panama City. Guests are responsible for all charges arising from a medical emergency, such as boat and car transportation and medical care.
