Step by step: Transfer from the Airport to the Cruise Terminal
We want your arrival in Panama to be quiet and hassle-free. That’s why we guide you through every stage of the transfer service to the Amador Cruise Terminal. Here we explain how it works!
1. Advance booking of service
To secure your transfer, it is important to book in advance, especially in high season (cruise departures). At the time of booking, we will need the following information:
Date of arrival
Airline
Flight number
Estimated time of arrival
With this information, we organize your pickup and assign the appropriate vehicle according to the number of passengers and luggage.
2. Prior confirmation and coordination
A few days before your arrival, one of our representatives will contact you to confirm the details of the transfer.
We will remind you:
✔ Approximate pick-up time
✔ Meeting point
✔ Name of driver or guide
✔ Contact assistance for any eventuality
3. Meeting point at the airport
When you land at Tocumen International Airport, our representative will be waiting for you at the customs departure area, with a sign showing the company name and/or your name.
Just look for our sign and we will guide you from there!
4. Baggage handling
Each passenger can carry a suitcase and carry-on item.
If you are carrying more luggage or special items, please notify us at the time of booking to adjust the vehicle and avoid additional charges at destination.
5. Transfer to Cruise Terminal
Once you are with our driver, we will start the journey to the Columbus Cruise Terminal.
The transfer takes 90 minutes, depending on traffic and day conditions. You will travel in a comfortable, air-conditioned and safe vehicle.
6. Secure arrival at the Terminal
We will drop you off right at the appropriate boarding point at the Cruise Terminal.
Before we say goodbye, we’ll make sure you have everything you need to board without hassle.
Remember that the transfer already has the entrance tax to the Port included.
