Meeting point

Check-in required at the boat with our staff AT LEAST 30min before departure time or will not be allowed to board. The boat "Ohana 2" is located at Slip A72 at San Juan Bay Marina. Go through the main green gate entry and follow the docks all the way down. Full detailed instructions on tickets.

Important notes

• IMPORTANT!! MUST READ THE FOLLOWING DIRECTIONS AND CLAUSE:
Our boat "Ohana 2" is located at SAN JUAN BAY MARINA dock A72. There is a Sizzler Restaurant on top of the marina. Once at the Marina, you should see a security guard house and a green gate. Tell them you are going to dock A72 for a sail tour on Ohana 2 and they'll let you in. Walk by a small building that says "Offshore Marine Group", down a wooden ramp a bit further up on the left, keep going all the way to the end and turn in to the main dock through a white gate. Our boat is there almost to the end past the blue roof clubhouse in the middle of the dock. 4 slips on the left once you pass under the blue roof. If you don't see a blue roof clubhouse in the middle of the dock you are in a different marina across the bridge. Call us if lost at 787-667-9446. We operate a VERY STRICT policy the boat departs the dock SHARP on time. We suggest you plan extra time to arrive at the marina as guests must be at OUR dock, not the marina in itself AT LEAST 20 minutes before departure to check in. It takes around 5 minutes to walk to our dock from the marina entrance. Failure to show up on time before departure or once the boat leaves will NOT be entitled to a refund. We are not responsible for third party transportation providers delays or traffic issues. Plan to leave your hotel or current point with time in advance. THERE IS NO FLEXIBILITY ON THIS POINT.

*No shoes allowed on board. You will be asked to take them off to board and they will be stored on the boat.

-ALCOHOLIC DRINKS POLICY: We include alcoholic drinks as part of the experience but it is not an Open Bar type service or a Booze Cruise. The drinks are to be consumed leisurely and in moderation. We reserve the right to stop serving an alcoholic drink to any guest that is seemed to be past the legal limits. We will also refuse boarding to any guest that shows signs of inebriation prior to the experience.
