Join us on our full day wine tasting experience where you will enjoy visiting local Hunter Valley boutique cellar doors.
You'll get to enjoy trying fantastic small batch boutique wines from wine labels found only in the Hunter Valley
You'll be sampling between six to eight different wines at each boutique cellar door sitting you have (that's a lot of wine to try in one day)
You'll enjoy a relaxed casual style lunch with a complimentary drink of wine or beer
You'll stop to sampling some local cheese and chocolates. You can buy some to take home to share with your family and friends.

We support the small wine makers who are the life blood of the Hunter Valley, the little ones that often get over looked for the big names even though the little ones have some amazing hidden amazing wines.
Be surprised and amazed as we introduce you to some wine makers and cellar doors you may have never known about.

we visit one of the many chocolate shops in the Hunter Valley
You'll have time to wander through the shop and make any purchases
When we are there, often the shop will provide a complimentary sample of their products for you to try

we call in to the Garden Cellars to experience boutique wines and locally made spirits like gins and vodkas
this is your last stop to purchase any alcohol or last minute forgotten gifts

Binnorie Dairy is one of Australia’s premiere soft cheese makers. Visit our state-of-the-art cheesemaking centre and retail store to enjoy a complimentary small relaxed taste and buy our lovely cheese

Originally named Blaxland’s Barn and erected in 1976 by Christopher Barnes AM Blaxland’s was built using sandstone bricks from the original Blaxland’s homestead in Broke. Some of the bricks with the convict prints are still visible inside the building.
Blaxland’s was one of the first few restaurants in the Pokolbin area and has been trading continuously since.
