Your travels don’t finish there. Its off to a local distillery outlet for samples of vodkas and gins. Followed by a visit to the Hunter famous ‘Smelly Deli’ for a local cheese and chocolate shops, try not to fill yourself with all the yummy things to buy before we return you back to your accommodation.

We visit the Hunter Valley Gardens Shopping Village where there are a unique collection of bespoke shops offering everything from delicious meals, lunchtime treats, coffee and wine to stunning glassware and unique clothing. You can chose the visit the distillery/wine cellar door or spend 30 minutes rambling through the many shops for some retail shopping time

Hunter Valley offers many choices for local cheese shops and dairies. The Hunter Valley provides the finest local, Australian and imported Artisan cheese gourmet delights, cured meats and accompaniments, including cheese platters in a box to take away.
There are many cheeses and condiments on offer to fill your shopping cart.

This is a visit to shop. There may be samples of products on offer for you to try (consume) in the store but this visit is not a paid tasting.

We stop over at the beautiful country style local cafe to meet Louise and her friendly cheerful staff for approx 45 mins
We will enjoy a country style light ploughmans platter lunch (not all dietary catered for, call and ask us)
Sit outside on picnic blankets, sit at a table in the sun or under a shade or sit inside in the A.C with summer coming along soon.
This is an all weather lunch venue.

It is IMPORTANT to note - weekdays if the minimal numbers havent been met to run this tour, the half day with lunch tour will be blended in to another day tour and the lunch venue may be different.
