Vinden Wines is a boutique cellar door set in a stunning light-filled cottage, overlooking the rolling hills of their vineyard. Enjoy a sophisticated yet laid back tasting where the knowledgeable staff provide insights into the winemaking process and the unique characteristics of each wine.

At 11:45 PM we arrive at a winery unlike anything you’ve ever experienced. Full of vibrancy and character, this is a place that defies comparison. Every detail— from the setting to the people pouring your glass— exudes personality, creating a tasting experience that will have you saying, “wow.” Expect something unexpected, something unforgettable, and something that will make this tour stand apart from anything else in the Hunter Valley.

By 1:00 PM it’s time for a long, indulgent lunch at Bistro Molines- what we consider the finest restaurant in the Hunter Valley. Hatted, effortlessly sophisticated, yet wonderfully relaxed, this is fine dining at its most exquisite. With breathtaking views, an atmosphere of warmth and refinement, and impeccable service, this is a place that lingers in your memory long after you leave. Canapés, artisanal breads, and two courses of your choice complete this extraordinary experience. Whether you find yourself in the Hunter Valley or transported to Provence, your stomach and soul will be fully nourished.

After lunch, take a short stroll next door to Carillion Wines. The Carillion Wines Cellar Door provides a welcoming space for visitors to sample their range of wines and gain insights into the winemaking process. Guests can enjoy the stunning views over the vineyards, adding to the overall experience.

As the afternoon winds down we begin our journey home, arriving back at your accommodation at approximately 4pm.
