Pick up in the morning by your local guide to begin an adventurous day on the Island of the mountains. This hike is by far the MOST POPULAR on the Island! Passing through the stunning valley of Paul, this is an opportunity to witness life on the Island, first hand. We look forward to sharing local insights, and connecting with people. We arrive to the top of the Volcano Crater of Cova de Paul - A must see! Atop of Cova crater you will have breathtaking views of the immense lush green valley below. From up here, the air is fresh, and you can smell the vegetation, listen and you will hear the sounds of the small farming communities below. This vally has been home to people for generations, sustaining life on the Islands; you will Pass small villages of people with their plantations, farmers live here, men, woman, children even animals all have a role in the village and here you will witness how they make it all come together.
