This tour takes you to some of the most Instagrammable spots in Mauritius, including the peak of the famous UNESCO world heritage site, Le Morne! Start your day with a guided hike to the top of Le Morne, where you’ll be rewarded by breathtaking views of the Indian Ocean and coast of Mauritius (moderate level of physical fitness required). Once back at sea level, continue on to Maconde. This picturesque viewpoint is located in the south-west part of Mauritius, where the coastal road is built around a sharp curve along a cliff. Next up in the famous Chamarel 7-Coloured Earth. See if you can spot the 7 distinct colours in these magnificently preserved dunes! The day wouldn’t be complete without a visit to Chamarel Falls, the most famous waterfall in Mauritius. With a vertical drop of almost 100m, these striking waterfalls are set amidst dense vegetation, making them a photographer's dream.

Our driver will pick you up from your hotel and bring you to the village of Le Morne, where you will embark on a hike to the famous UNESCO world heritage site, 500m above sea level. Certified guides will accompany you up the mountain and through the forest. You will fall in love with the stunning, breathtaking views of the Indian Ocean from the peak. With a summit of approximately 500 metres above sea level, this was home to runaway slaves and maroons who sought to escape the suffering and atrocities of slavery. The views from the top of Le Morne are absolutely stunning, so make sure you have your camera.

Another great photo opp awaits! Your driver will take you to discover one of the most photographed sceneries of Mauritius: Macondé. This picturesque viewpoint is located in the south-west part of Mauritius, where the coastal road is built around a sharp curve along a cliff, giving it its dramatic and breathtaking appeal.
