TICKET: The representative will exchange your voucher for the ticket to the Prague castle interiors (you can not enter the interiors with the voucher only) and will give you the 20 minutes introduction. The ticket is valid for 2 days (from the day you receive it) and it includes one entry to every attraction (Old Royal Palace, Basilic of St. George, Golden Lane and St. Vitus Cathedral).

ONLINE GUIDE: Together with this voucher via email, you have received your online Guide login details, which will allow you to log into the online guide.

Prague Castle is the Presidential office, so some buildings may be closed for operational or ceremonial reasons, and opening hours may change accordingly.
IMPORTANT: During September and October (particularly around Czech Independence Day), some buildings within the Prague Castle complex can be closed for an annual Crown Jewel Exhibition and award ceremony. If you choose to book during this period, you will be informed of any closures via email.
