LUGGAGE SIZE LIMITS: For a luxury CAR, the maximum trunk space is for 2 large suitcases (normal size) and 1 medium suitcase (normal size). For a Luxury VAN: Each passenger can carry a maximum of 1 large and 1 small suitcase.
As previously indicated: It is not possible to transport large items other than suitcases. For example: Surfboards, large golf club bags. If you find that you have a large item, you must inform us so we know if it is possible to transport it.

According to Portuguese road safety law: It is not possible to transport suitcases on seats in passenger vehicles. If you do not inform us 48 hours in advance of your trip and if you exceed the stated space for the number of suitcases, it will be your sole responsibility and the trip may be denied without any type of refund.
About airport pick up: we inform you that we offer 1 hour waiting time at the airport. The maximum waiting time is 1 hour and 30 minutes. It is important to note that you must notify us in advance in case of delay or cancellation. Please be aware that the airline is responsible for flight delays and cancellations.
So that you are clearly informed: Flight delays or canceled flights are entirely the responsibility of the airline. And you should only ask the airline for responsibilities. We do not provide any type of refund for errors committed by other companies.
After 1 hour and 30 minutes of waiting at Lisbon Airport and noone appears is considered "no-show"
Pick up takes place within the indicated starting times: Between 7:00am and 11:00am. If you have a different time, you should ask us. We do not operate trips after 12:00pm.
