Nada is the Japan's largest sake producing area and area has long been home to a number of sake breweries. "Nadagogo", the five sake-producing districts is well known in Japan and internationally as some of the best in the world.
This is more than an ordinary gastronomic tour for Sake lover—escorted by an experienced licensed local guide, you’ll be introduced to sights that tell of Japan’s rich culture and history of Sake, regaled with fascinating stories, and even meet some of our local brewery heroes throughout shops that still retain the authentic atmosphere of days long past.

We can visit the factory every day except Monday.
From the time of the company’s inception, Hakutaka has continually strived to preserve SAKE brewing traditions and culture as one of the Nada district SAKE breweries. Subsequently, Hakutaka Rokusuien opened in 2001 as a cultural facility with the aim of passing on various SAKE-related information both inside and outside of Japan.
The Nihonsakari head office is facility which opened aside in 2000 (Heisei 12). In brick modern building, glass studios are at sampling corner of sake sale corner, the Japanese restaurant "flower height". As base disseminating information of sake, we carry out various events including two times a year of storehouse difference events.
