Discover the rich history and cultural significance of the park as you stroll through its gardens and visit various attractions and animals such as the Abyssinian Lion the rare lion species and the symbol of the Ethiopian Royals “The Lion of Judah” and other birds and wild animal species.

Meyazia 27 Square Monument AKA the Victory Monument is located Near The grand palace, the Parliament office and the Ministry of Education. It is a Monument to mark the victory against the Italian Colonial Power.

Continue with the National Museum of Ethiopia. This is one of the best museums in quality and diversity of the exhibits. Archeological exhibits include the 3.5 million-year-old fossil of Lucy (or Dinkinesh thou art wonderful- in the native language), a hominoid woman of the specious of Australopithecus Afarensis. The discovery of Lucys fossil in 1974 forced a complete rethink of human genealogy, providing that our ancestors were walking 2.5 million years earlier than had been supposed. The National Museum also contains many wonderful artifacts dating back to pre-Axumite civilization.
