About this experience

The dune buggy and sandboarding tour is an amazing thrill ride. Enjoy the beauty of Huacachina while riding in the dune buggy, up and down the dunes and sandboarding on its desert.  A unique experience that mixed adventure and relaxation while strolling through La Huacachina and its stunning Oasis. 

This tour also includes a visit to the Paracas National reserve in which you will be able to visit the Ballestas islands and see sea lions, amazing birdlife and tiny penguins.

Detailed itinerary

Stop 1

During this tour you will visit the Paracas National Reserve located only a few hours away from Lima. The tour starts with a visit to the beautiful Ballestas Islands where you will be able to see sea lions, amazing birdlife and tiny penguins. This boat ride is incredible as you will be able to see unique rock formations, a wide range of birds and other animals that live in this area.

A member of staff will pick you up from your hotel in Lima at around 4:15 am. The transportation to our first stop in Pisco lasts about 4 hours. Upon your arrival we will take you to visit the Ballestas Islands in a boat ride which will lasts about 2 hours.

The second part of the tour will take you to visit the beautiful Oasis of Huacachina, where you will enjoy the dune buggy ride and sandboarding experience. These buggies can go very fast and it might feel like you are in a roller coaster at times!

We will drop you off at your hotel in Lima at around 7:30 pm.
