Cruise to Comino Island, Blue Lagoon & Crystal Lagoon
Join us for a scenic boat trip from Bugibba to Comino Island! Enjoy stunning views of Malta’s coastline, including cliffs, caves, and small islands. Along the way, see St. Paul’s Island with its iconic statue, and snap photos of beautiful sea caves.
We’ll stop at two amazing swim spots:
Crystal Lagoon – Only reachable by boat, perfect for swimming, snorkelling, and trying out our three water slides (available June–October, weather permitting).
Blue Lagoon – Swim in crystal-clear waters, relax on the sun deck, or slide into the sea. You can also explore peaceful, car-free Comino Island.

On the return to Bugibba, enjoy views of Santa Maria pirate caves and the Elephant’s Head rock formation. Perfect for swimming, relaxing, and exploring!

To reach the departure location from Valletta, take a bus heading towards St Pauls Bay and get off at Moll bus stop. Parades is the nearest bus stop to your destination.

To reach the departure location from St Julians, take a bus heading towards St Pauls Bay and get off at the Moll bus stop.
We operate all year round, according to weather conditions, and depart daily from the tourist town, Bugibba.
The day trip duration is 6 hours. The evening/sunset trip duration is 4 hours.
On our modern and stable catamaran, the journey to Comino Island takes approximately one hour with onboard commentary in English, French, German, Italian & Polish.
From the open sea, you will experience Malta from an ideal vantage point. We cruise close to the coast, witnessing Malta’s magnificent naturally formed coastline, including its enormous cliffs, rocky nooks, and crannies.
You will pass the tiny Island of St. Paul’s, viewing the statue of the apostle Saint Paul, rising high into the sky. You will visit magnificent sea caves, allowing you the opportunity to take amazing photographs.
The Day Trip from June through to October stops for 1 hour.
The Sunset/Evening Trip stops for 30 mins.
We stop at the stunning but less well-known Crystal Lagoon. It is fringed by steep cliffs and therefore accessed only by boats. With unbelievably clear water, it is perfect for swimming, snorkeling, and diving. Take a plunge into its crystal clear waters from one of our three waterslides, or jump from the top deck if you dare! A true snorkelers paradise, where you can even swim inside the caves.
From November - May
We spend approximately 15 minutes in Crystal Lagoon; we stop only for photo opportunities and to visit the sea caves.
Depending on the season, you will enjoy 2–4 hours at the Blue Lagoon.
Arriving at Blue Lagoon, we moor in the prime area; you will have the best view from our docking position. Use the boat as a base, utilising all the fantastic facilities, including but not limited to:
• Huge waterslide from the top deck. Two smaller slides.
• Jumping Platforms.
• Sundeck with cushioned sun loungers.
• Toilet facilities - Ladies and Gentlemans.
• Accessible toilet with changing area and showers
• Airconditioned main deck.
• 26 underwater windows
• Two onboard bars, selling hot & cold food and drinks.

• Personal item lockers for hire €2.00
We spend the afternoon at Blue Lagoon. Swim from the boat or walk ashore to explore this tiny Island. Access to disembark at blue lagoon.
With the day drawing to a close, we start our cruise back to Bugibba. En-route, we enter the Santa Maria pirate caves and view the “Elephants Head”, a fantastic rock formation.

- Refunds will not be issued if the tour/activity is missed due to late or non-arrival.
- From 1st May 2025, if you want to go on land at the Blue Lagoon, you must get a free ticket from the government website: www.blcomino.com. If you only want to swim from the boat or stay on the boat, you do not need a ticket.
