• In case of lost luggage, long passport control, and other various reasons that may delay you at the airport and you will not have time to leave during these 60 minutes of free waiting please contact us for extra waiting fee.
• For extra waiting fee, please contact us and we will send you an online payment to your phone number and you can make a payment and be guaranteed that the driver will be waiting for you for an additional hour.
• If you do not show up after 60 minutes free waiting time, and you did not notify us, we will release the chauffeur and the transfer will be a NO SHOW and fully charged.
• Changes to bookings last 24 hours are generally treated as new bookings. Accordingly, PROFI DRIVER may file a claim for compensation for the originally agreed trip.
• Any changes to the trip that may delay the driver or extend the trip for some time or for extra stop, you need to contact us to assign an additional fee for your requirements.
