• Hotel and other pickups include a free 15 minutes.
• If you dont show up after this time, and you did not notify us, we will release the driver and the transfer will be a NO SHOW and fully charged.

Airport:
• Airport pickups include 60 minutes of free waiting after landing (or from your requested pickup time).
• Please provide all flight numbers if you have connections so we can track them.
• In case of delays (lost luggage, passport control, etc.), contact us to arrange an additional waiting fee. Without notice, the transfer will be marked as No Show after 60 minutes and fully charged.
• Changes made within 24 hours of pickup are treated as new bookings and may incur charges. Extra stops or delays also require additional fees.
• Each traveler may bring 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on. Please notify us if you have extra luggage.
• Severe disruptions (e.g., strikes, extreme weather) may cause longer waits or cancellations.
