• You do not need to bring anything. All that is required of safety being provided by Bergen Segway and is included in the price
• We recommend flat shoes for comfort and your safety
• Our tours are also in the rain. We have rain ponchos available for free if wanted. We recommend that you dress accordingly to the weather.
• Please show up to your tour 10 minutes prior to your booking
• Meeting point: Bontelabo 2, about 10 minutes walk from the Tourist Information. Located right on the cruise ship terminal area.

In the rental period and up Segway /'s (hereinafter referred to simply as "Segway") is returned to the lessor (hereinafter referred to simply as "BergenSegway") , the lessee (hereinafter referred to simply as "User") bears all responsibility for Segway and use it as if he/she was the owner of it.

The user shall:
• Use the built-in security in all cases where the Segway is left / parking.
• Do not leave the Segway to anyone other than the person / persons specified in the contract.
• Do not run Segway intoxicated / under influence of alcohol.
• Do not leave the Segway with key clock available to unauthorized persons.
• Park Segway on a suitable surface to prevent it from tipping / rolling away.

If the user violates any of these duties, the user is liable for any financial consequence of damage incurred, regardless of whether BergenSegway’s insurance covers damage caused in whole or in part.

User agrees and treat Segway in a careful way, drive safely and are committed to cover damage caused to Segway through negligence or carelessness, such as:
• Damage to screens, wheels / tires, batteries / battery covers and steering rod / handle.
• Damage / loss of key clock or other external equipment
• Theft of Segway or attachments.

Injuries of the above nature or the like will be assessed and billed the user after the lease term.

The user is responsible for all traffic offenses inflicted while operating the Segway and its causes during the rental period.
