We will start this morning our journey from Jeddah to Mecca. Mecca is in a desert valley in western Saudi Arabia, it is Islam’s holiest city, as it’s the birthplace of the prophet Muhammad and the faith itself. Only Muslims are allowed in the city with millions arriving for the annual Hajj (pilgrimage). Dating from the 7th century, the central Masjid al-Haram (Sacred Mosque) is surrounded by the Kaaba, the cloth-covered cubic structure that’s Islam’s most sacred shrine. We will drive first to the Two Holy Mosques Architecture Exhibition. Then will go to King Abdulaziz Complex for Holy Kaaba Kiswah. We will visit then the Masjid Aisha, also known as Masjid at-Tan’eem. Lunch in the city. We will continue in the afternoon to Wadi Fatimah, also known as mur al Dhahran vally , and will see also the Al Fateh Mosque located In Al Jumum village. Our trip will end with the visit of the Grave of Maymuna bint al-Harith the wife of the prophet. After that, will drive back to Jeddah .
