As an AAE exclusive, you’ll start your adventure paddling through the majestic Browns Canyon National Monument. It’s the perfect way to warm up, with some awesome Class III rapids and epic Colorado scenery.

Look for our big AAE sign and large log entryways. Shop our beautiful first-class retail shop stocked with a variety of t-shirts, sweatshirts, hats, snacks, drinks, etc as well as photos of you and your group on the river! Plan to arrive at our outpost 45 minutes prior to departure in order to maximize your time on the adventure!

We can show you the rapids of the mighty Arkansas River like no one else! The Arkansas River is a major tributary of the Mississippi River. It generally flows to the east and southeast as it traverses the U.S. states of Colorado, Kansas, Oklahoma, and Arkansas. The river's source basin lies in the western United States in Colorado, specifically the Arkansas River Valley.
