Local tour guide will pick you up from your Guilin downtown hotel lobby at 8:30 am, sit in the comfortable private vehicle to start the day exploration.
You will firstly drive to visit Daxu Old Town, which is 18 kilometers southeast of Guilin City. Located on the route of Li River cruise, this old town has a history of more than 1500 years and deserves your visit for its ancient flagstone street, bridge and old houses. In the old town, you will find many time-honored handcraft workshops like bamboo weaving, straw sandals shops, traditional funeral shops, antique clinic and so on. Many scenes of the famous film 'Sanjie Liu' were shot on location in the town.

Later have lunch in a nice restaurant to taste delicious local food. Continue sightseeing to Yaoshan Tea Plantation, you will have a unique experience to pick tea-leaf by yourself and also enjoy the whole process of making tea.
