Detailed itinerary

Meet up. Arrive at Lake Tai.

[7:15 - 7:30] Meet up with your guide and depart from Hangzhou.
[10:00] Arrive waterside on the northeast shore of L ake Tai. The bikes will be lined up waiting for us at the lakeside leisure courtyard.
Meet your cycling coach. Get your gear (bike, helmet). Adjust your bike and get comfortable.

LEG ONE(10km. 45mins). Lunch at Rest Stop.

Depart on Leg One. Weave back and forth between the quiet lakeside road and dedicated cycling track
[11:15] Lunch at Rest Stop One.Rest stop one is park on the tip of an arm of land that reaches far out into the lake, surrounded by water 320-degrees around, famous for gorgeous sunsets. Enjoy a Chinese coal grill BBQ lunch. Take photos. Take in the view.

LEG TWO(15km. 55mins). Explore Yugang Fishing Village.

Bridges and old wooden piers. Shining lake waters. Mountaintop pagodas. Soak in another stretch of pretty Chinese lakeside.
[13:25] Explore Yugang Fishing Village
Glide into Yugang fishing village. Park your bike. Take 30 or 40 minutes to explore. The forest of masts and fresh-catch boat market at the docks are a sight.

LEG THREE(10km. 60mins). LEG FOUR(10km. 45mins). Arrive at Qinghai International Youth Hostel.

Ride 10kms on Leg Three. This section of the ride has off-shore islands, stunning cross-lake views and fast downhill runs. Pull in at a mini hilltop tea plantation for your final 20-minute rest.

[15:00] LEG FOUR - Suzhou Tai Lake International Youth Hostel.
Continue downhill and arrive at our endpoint– the Suzhou Tai Lake International Youth Hostel, at roughly 03:45PM. Return your gear. Grab a drink at the hostel café. Board the return bus bound for Hangzhou.
