Wuzhen is one of the top six ancient towns in the southern region of the Yangtze River, Wuzhen Water Town boasts more than six thousand years of history and has always been a fertile land with abundant rice, fish and silk. It preserves the ancient appearance well and oozes charm of the water town itself.
Upon arrival, you will have chance to visit the ancient architecture of water village, it known as "East of Venice". Walk along the old lane and riverside, cross the bridge to feel the local lifestyle. There are several museums for you to explore if you are interested, such as Hundreds Beds Museum, Spirit Workshop, Wedding Museum, Woodcarving Museum, etc.
After lunch, watch Wuzhen local Shadow Play Show or some other local folk performances. Please feel free to let your guide know if you want to take photos by your own for a while
