Next, dine on a surprisingly tasty grilled artichoke tapa at a restaurant overlooking the Central Market.

As you stroll through the Old Town, you'll visit a classic tavern for their renowned mussels and a regional delicatessen that will leave you wanting more.

Discover the coca de llanda at a local bakery – a light and airy Valencian sponge cake.
