5:15 AM – 5:30 AM | Private Pickup: Your adventure starts with a friendly greeting in your hotel lobby (or any location you specify in Kathmandu). Our driver will be there on time, ready to whisk you away in a clean, comfortable, and air-conditioned vehicle.

The Domestic Terminal: We’ll drop you directly at the departure gates of the domestic airport, ensuring you have ample time for a smooth check-in before the early morning light hits the peaks.

"The Wait & Fly" Policy: While you are 25,000 feet in the air staring eye-to-eye with Mount Everest, your car and driver aren't going anywhere. They will wait for you at the terminal for the duration of your flight. You won't have to navigate the chaos of airport taxi lines or negotiate fares after your landing.

8:15 AM – 8:45 AM | Return Transfer: Once you’ve landed and collected your personalized "Everest Experience" certificate, your driver will be waiting at the exit. They’ll take you straight back to your hotel or drop you at your next sightseeing spot, like Thamel or a local café for a well-deserved breakfast.
