She learned how to cook from her grandmother, and uses her secret recipes and techniques to preparing appetizing Lebanese dishes. Nohad has a very strong passion for food, she has been cooking Lebanese food for over 30 years now and wishes to continue doing this for years to come! A lot of the produce used in the meals comes from Nohad’s garden, where she grows organic vegetables. Nohad will teach you to make a salad or appetizer and a main dish in your 1 hour hands-on cooking class, before you sit down to share the meal you helped prepare.
