About this experience

Meet a warm and welcoming host family in a cozy and traditional Portuguese home. Paulo, Susana and their two children will be expecting you with some classic Portuguese appetizers and a glass of wine. Expect a very local and authentic culinary experience in a family atmosphere, with Paulo and Susana sharing lots about Lisbon's history, culture and food scene.

After a welcome appetizer and drink, join Paulo and Susan in their kitchen to learn to prepare four traditional Portuguese dishes. Paulo will explain the origin of a few delicious Portuguese wines that are made near their home. During your hands-on cooking class you will learn to make two traditional Portuguese dishes from scratch in. Learn the techniques involved in cooking Portuguese cuisine during your cooking lesson which will last about two hours.
