About this experience

Join your local host Cristina at her cozy apartment kitchen and learn to cook traditional Portuguese family recipes Cristina usually prepares for her family. You will learn to make three traditional dishes from scratch, potential ones being caldo verde (a hearty and comforting traditional potato and kale soup) or carne de porco a Alentejana (a traditional Portuguese dish of pork cooked with clams and coriander). Your authentic Portuguese meal will conclude with a dessert of arroz doce, a typical sweet rice pudding. Your hands-on cooking class will last about an hour and a half before you sit down to enjoy the meal you helped prepared with Cristina over a glass of wine and delightful conversation.

Don't miss out on this wonderful way to experience Portuguese culture through its delicious cuisine and a welcoming local!
