Wash your hands, roll up your sleeves and join your host Yasue in her kitchen for a personal, hands-on Japanese cooking lesson! A Tokyo native, Yasue looks forward to sharing authentic cuisine and stories about Japanese culture with you. She will teach you to cook 4-5 delicious Japanese dishes from scratch, before you sit down to enjoy what you've prepared at a beautifully set table in her luxury apartment in Hayama, Kanagawa Prefecture, that is on a hillside with a view of the ocean from her window. Come experience Yasue's creative, interculturally-inspired cuisine in her beautiful home with a phenomenal view of the city and leave with fond memories of this enriching culinary and cultural experience!
