The host Lorenzo is an authentic Venetian born with the passion for cooking transmitted by his mother.
He spent a lifetime working in the kitchen of various restaurants and now he has the pleasure of introducing his culinary culture to his curious guests.

Every day he goes to the central market of #Rialto to choose the best fish and the freshest vegetables and then offer them to his guests. The cuisine he follows is the one of his family and therefore traditional: the pasta must be homemade!
