On the return journey, we’ll stop at the highest pass (4,800 m) for incredible mountain views and visit the Pampa Cañahuas National Reserve to spot wild vicuñas, alpacas, and Andean birds. During this stop, you'll enjoy the wonderful view on the 3 volcanos that you can see from this viewpoint. The altitude is 4910 meters. Sabancaya, one of the volcanos is still active, this is why you can always see come smoke coming out of its crater.
Our final stop before Puno will give you the opportunity to enjoy fauna and flora of the National reserve of Salinas and aguas blancas.
