17:30. Our tour guide will meet you in front of SONG HUONG FLOATING RESTAURANT, we start Hue Walking Food Tour to visit the colorful Dong Ba market, the best whole sale market in Hue city. Here, you will learn how local people choose fresh ingredients to cook their daily traditional homemade food with our foodie guide.

Stop 2

Then continue through Hue Citadel Area and make some stops in local restaurants to try some best local dishes and our local guide can share with you the history and culture of Vietnamese Royalty with life of the Kings; their queens, minor wive, concubines and eunuchs. Please note that, we only driving in living area of local people in the Citadel but not visiting inside Imperial City - Former living area of royal family.

We continue to walk over beautiful Trang Tien Bridge, and make stops in some authentic local restaurants to try some of the Best Authentic Local Food with Banh Khoai (Hue Fried Pancake), Nem Lụi (Grilled Minced Pork in Skewer), Bun Bo Hue (Hue Noodle Soup with Beef), Banh Beo (Steamed Fern-shape Cake), Banh Nam (Steamed Rice Pancake in Banana / Taro Leaf), that made mainly by rice/tapioca flour with Shrimp, Pork, Spring Onions and served with fresh vegetable and delicious dipping sauce.

Then we continue walking to Han Mac Tu Street located along the Nhu Y river (Branch of Perfume river). Here you will enjoy the best typical and popular local dishes, that they only serve in Hue city such as Cơm Hến Huế (Hue Mussel Rice), Hến Xào (Sauteed Clam with Glass Noodle and Herbs). Here you can have time to relax and feel the atmosphere of a beautiful and peaceful river.
