Here begins your epic hiking voyage into the heart of Switzerland. This self-guided trek offers you the chance to immerse yourself in the breathtaking natural splendor of the Stockhorn region, with a unique twist—you'll have the choice between two distinct options based on your mood and fitness level.
(A) Hike starting from Chrindi: Your adventure begins with a scenic gondola ride whisking you to the elevated plateau of Chrindi. From here, you'll traverse past the pristine Mountain lakes of Stockhorn as you ascend to the summit!
(B) Hike starting from Stockhorn Summit: Opt for this option and ascend directly to the summit via the gondola, reveling in the breathtaking views as you descend, with the beauty of the Stockhorn Mountain lakes and the Swiss Alps laid out before you.

Self-Guided Trek: Once at the gondola, the choice is entirely yours. This is a self-guided hike, meaning no guide accompanies you during your trekking adventure. Equipped with a detailed map of the trail, follow the well-marked path in your preferred direction. Enjoy the freedom to explore at your own pace, forging a connection with nature and selecting your own route.

Spectacular Views: Regardless of your chosen hiking option, prepare to be mesmerized by the awe-inspiring views of Stockhorn with its two idyllic lakes and the encompassing Swiss Alps. This unspoiled wilderness offers an opportunity to commune with nature, inhale the crisp mountain air, and capture unforgettable moments amidst the Swiss countryside.

Lakeside Picnic: Upon returning to the Erlenbach Valley Station, your dedicated driver-guide will warmly greet you once again. A brief journey will then lead you to a charming lakeside spot nestled along the scenic shores of Lake Brienz. Here, a delightful picnic featuring Swiss delicacies awaits, thoughtfully curated just for you.
