Our local guide will pick you up at your hotel in Prague in the morning. From that point, our mission is to give you everything you need to enjoy the day trip (10 - 12 hrs) to the fullest.

Enjoy this small-group full-day guided tour starting with exploring Terezin - one of the largest and most visited concentration camps in the Czech Republic. Thanks to your expert guide, you will learn important facts about Czech-Jewish history, World War II, and the Holocaust. You will see both the Gestapo prison as well as the Terezin Ghetto + the Terezin Memorial, the only institution of its kind in the country only 45 minutes drive from Prague. Explore the grounds as your guide provides narration about the lives of the prisoners and the tragedies that took place.

The Tisa wall called Narnia Labyrinth is one of the top locations in Bohemian Switzerland.

The Bastei Bridge and Neurathen offer the most beautiful views of the Elbe Canyon, the deepest sandstone canyon in the whole of Europe, surrounded by wild German nature that is unique only to this area.

The last point of interest is the Bastei Bridge in Saxon Switzerland, which is the main highlight of the German side of the national park. The Bastei rock formation has plenty of viewpoints over the Elbe canyon on the right bank of the river Elbe. You can easily walk across the famous sandstone bridge, that connects Bastei and visit the ruins of the old medieval Neurathen rock castle from the 12th Century.

You should be back between 6 -8 p.m.  Please, do not forget to take your passport with you. As you have booked for a walking option, we recommend wearing hiking or sports shoes suitable for uneven surfaces. Please do you have any dietary preferences such as vegetarian meals? You need no special equipment for the tour, only clothes comfortable for movement outdoors and a daypack may come in handy.
