The tour starts at L’Apero Wine & Cheese Bistro for a unique wine and raclette board pairing experience led by their expert staff.
After a short stroll along Fort Street the tour visits The Courtney Room. Here we will sip on a curated cocktail paired with some farm-to-table cuisine from their award winning chefs.
A lovely meander down Government Street brings the tour to our final stop at the stunning Q at the Empress restaurant. Nestled inside this historic hotel, the tour ends with their famous Gin & Tonic cocktail paired with some exquisite desserts made by their renowned pastry chefs.
Our main dish is at the beautiful L'Apero Wine & Cheese Bistro where our guests will indulge in a decadent alpine dish called Raclette. A whole wheel of cheese is placed over a fire and is then melted on to your plate. A dinner and a show! With the upgraded wine package guests have the option of another glass of either red or white BC wine.
The second stop on the tour is at the award-wining Courtney Room. Here chef Brian Tesolin will create a series of appetizers that truly showcase the bounty of the Pacific Northwest. With the upgraded wine package guests have the option to add a local Vancouver Island red or white wine.
