Detailed itinerary

We start by drive from Podgorica to Virpazar or panoramic drive on National Park Skadar lake. You will have opportunity to see some small villages and also to hear the interesting history of this lake. On first view point you will make an impression how huge and special Skadar lake is.

After few kilometers from Virpazar there are two roads which are bridged and guide to the Adriatic sea , easy one trough the tunnel and old one across the Pastrovicka mountains. Of course we are going by the mountains road. The most interesting thing on this road is (if we exclude beautiful nature), that on one view point we see the Skadar lake surrounded by the mountains and old villages and after few kilometers of driving vastness of the Adriatic sea will took our breath away. The space we feel and beauty of our coast will make you to forget everything and to enjoy the moment.

This is 25 serpentine road with most beautiful view on Kotor bay . Road is made in last century to connect Cetinje and Kotor,two important market place. Panoramic view is definitely one of best in our country. You will for sure make few unforgettable photos.

We will drive to Kotor, as a most popular touristic place, that is also a fortified town on our Adriatic coast. Characterized by winding streets and squares, this medieval old town has several Romanesque churches, including Cathedral of Saint Tryphon and many legends and secrets buried in the walls. Inhabitants of Kotor are very proud because Kotor is under the UNESCO protection as culturo-historical heritage. Stairs that leads to the church St Giovani are in total 4,5km long and from top of the fortress you will see a stunning view on a Kotor buy and during the all walk up and down you will be inspired to imagine the way of life in some past centuries.

Old Royal Capital as a heart of history is small, cozy city with a lot of interesting stories. On our way we will have opportunity for short walk. Nowadays is centar of culture and art , as well as city of very nice and warm people proud to be from ex capital of Montenegro.
