Our journey begins at Thien Mu Pagoda, a historic site located on the banks of the Perfume River. This iconic pagoda, rich in history, has stood witness to nearly four centuries of Vietnam's tumultuous nation-building. After soaking in the serene surroundings, we will embark on a boat trip along the Perfume River back to the center of Hue.

Disembarking, we will head to the Hue Citadel, the city's most renowned site. Initiated in 1805 by Emperor Gia Long, this sprawling complex encompasses the Imperial City, several museums, tranquil lakes, and beautiful gardens, all arranged in concentric circles. Here, you will admire artifacts and learn about ancient royal life.

Our next stop is the Tomb of Tu Duc, a remarkable complex of over 50 structures spread across 20 hectares. As the longest-reigning monarch of the Nguyen Dynasty (1848-1883), Emperor Tu Duc meticulously planned his tomb long before his death, which was completed in 1867.
