Kayaking in Patagonia demand certain level of fitness and physical training, we adapt the paddling routes to fun challenges but a good fitness level is required. (active person)
Proper active outdoorsy clothing are needed for the tours, synthetic clothing such as pants, base layer, fleece, sun glasses, sun hat, warm hat, light gloves and rain jacket are require. In summer time, swimwear and a lot of sun scream.
