Hiking in the mountains demand certain level of fitness and physical training, we adapt the treks to easy challenges but a good fitness level is required. (active person)

Proper hiking shoes or boots are needed for the tours, outdoor synthetic clothing such as pants, base layer, fleece, sun glasses, sun hat, warm hat, light gloves and rain jacket are required. a DAY PACK or so every two people is necesary.
