About this experience

Enjoy the best paragliding flight near to Medellin and fly until 25 minutes in a great canyon, surrounded by huge mountains and waterfalls, then, taste a nice lunch and be ready for a great class IV rafting experience in Calderas river and live a unique experience. Our rafting activity is a class III & IV white water rafting where you will be paddling 2.5 hours enjoying the beautiful of the landscape and having a lot of fun. It's important to know this activity is for people from 16 years old.

You must know the conditions to fly depends of the weather, a cold wind or few breeze causes a less time flight. Our flight is until 25 minutes if this conditios are very good, otherwise, you will fly less time.

It is important to say the weather behavior in Cocorna canyons is very different than Medellin´s weather and it is extremely difficult to know how it will be in the time. So, we have 95% of probabilities to fly based in our flights database and experience.

What you'll see

WARNING: minimun 16yo for this activity is required

9:30 am: our staff wiil Pick you up at your hotel or specified address.
10:45 am: arrival to Cocorna´s flying zone after driving 1.5 hours via Medellin-Bogota highway
11:00 am: you will enjoy until 25 minutes of paragliding, flying over giant waterfalls and amazing canyons.
12:00 pm: return to Medellin.
12:00 A free optional stop will be made in a restaurant in the top of the mountains for get a delicious traditional lunch
(not included) and a amazing 360 degree view of the mountain of Antioquia. If this option is note taken, we will go to the hotel directly,
2:00 - 1:00 pm : start the return to your hotel after lunch in the rastaurant
3:00 - 2:00 pm: arrival to your hotel

NOTE: If the flight can not be done because bad weather, we will refund 55 usd.
