What you'll see
Hop aboard your private sailboat at Doca do Espanhol in Alcântara, and sit back and relax out on deck as you sail along the glorious Tagus River. As your private crew take care of the sailing, gaze out at the Lisbon’s urban scenery and admire some of the city’s top sights and historical attractions, bathed in a warm evening glow.
Look out for the countless sights that line the romantic riverbanks. Pass underneath the 25th of April Bridge, and admire Belém Tower, a fortified monument that was built to honor St Vincent, Lisbon’s patron saint. Pass the Monument to the Discoveries that celebrates the achievements of Portuguese explorers during the Age of Discoveries and see Christ the King monument (Cristo Rei), inspired by the statue in Rio de Janeiro.
As you sail along, the crew will be available to answer any questions you have about the monuments you are passing by.
After two hours of cruising around the city as the sun sets, sail back to the start point and step back onto dry land to finish your private sailing experience.
