Stop 1

Sintra's historic center is an open-air museum full of magnificent treasures. The village of Sintra, at the base of the Sintra Mountains, was for a long time a royal sanctuary. Amidst its vast vegetation are incredible castles, palaces, gardens and farms.

Get to know the famous place where the traditional Travesseiro is made and have a taste of 1 of the best delicacies in Portugal.

Stop 3 Pass by

Located in the historical heart of Sintra, this is the best preserved medieval royal residence in Portugal, being inhabited more or less continuously from at least the 15th century to the late 19th century.

A magical place where dreams come true. Built on the 19th century, the Palace is a unique example of Romantic architecture. It was designed by José Luiz Monteiro. The decoration, a simultaneous source of diverse artistic styles, bears the signatures of Leandro Braga, portuguese master carver, and the eclectic Italian artist Luigi Manini.

Stop 5 Pass by

Built in the 8th and 9th centuries, it was an important strategic point during the Reconquista, and was taken by Christian forces after the fall of Lisbon in 1147.
We will stop at atleast 1 viewpoint where you'll be able to see the Castle.
