We will first visit the most emblematic market of Arequipa located just a few blocks from the Plaza de Armas. Here we can appreciate and know the main local and national fruits to understand the reason for the tasty Arequipa food.

Next we will know one of the few Picanterías of yesteryear that currently exist and to be able to visit its kitchen of more than a century old, which attended to illustrious characters and continue to delight our palates until today. Here we can appreciate the elaboration of the chicha de jora, vegetable turrets and the classic single cheese

We will continue the visit in a Picantería - Restaurant, set to show our visitors the best of Arequipa's culinary process. We can taste the typical “American” dish (Traditional lunch of Arequipa's loncco) that will include Rocoto Stuffed, Potato Pie and other delicacies of the day
