• You must call or email the day prior to your tour to confirm your pick up time and location. Please note that all pick ups are on the beach in front of selected Grace Bay hotels by boat. DO NOT wait in the lobby of your hotel.
• Please check that the time you are going by is in the local time. It is your responsible to ensure you are at the pick up point on time. If you fail show up for a tour because your phone told you the incorrect time then this ticket is non refundable and non transferable.
• We offer beach front pick up from selected Grace Bay Beach hotels only. Please advise of your hotel when booking and we can advise nearest pick up location and time the day prior when you check in. The pick up time varies depending on the time of year and where you are staying and can vary between 330pm in winter to 630pm in summer. Last pick up is usually one hour prior to sunset
-The length of tour varies depending on whether you are the first or last pick up. The minimum tour time is 2.5 hours and you are dropped back off in the reverse order to pick up. If you fail to check your email or do not call for pick up instructions and miss the tour, this ticket is non refundable.

They will show up at your pick up point and tell you that they are us or that we are not coming in an attempt to get you to own their tour. Please make sure that you get on the correct boat as you will be charged by the fraudsters and we will not give you a refund as our spaces are limited and tours operate at full capacity.
