Important Notice: Following a new directive issued by the Government of Malta, effective May 2025, to disembark ashore at the Blue Lagoon, one must obtain an access pass in advance. Passes can be acquired through the official government website blcomino.com. Please ensure you acquire this pass in advance, as the daily pass allocation is limited. You will not be allowed to disembark at the Blue Lagoon without an official pass. For this trip, you are required to book the evening timeslot when applying for your pass. Kindly note that this is a government-mandated regulation and not a policy introduced by us. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding.
For the boarding, you must arrive at the departure location 15 to 20 minutes before your scheduled departure time.
The departure is from Sliema Ferries, Triq Ix-Xatt, Sliema. The departure point is in the area between the 'Ferries 1' bus stop and the 'Bouverie' bus stop. When you arrive at this location, you need to look for the red boat.
This is not a guided tour; the stop at Comino Island will be at leisure (free time).
The boat is wheelchair and stroller accessible; however, the island of Comino is not wheelchair or stroller friendly. The terrain on Comino Island is very uneven and rugged, which makes it very difficult to navigate with a wheelchair or a stroller.
Pets, large luggage, and large suitcases are not allowed on the boat.
If the trip is cancelled due to poor weather, sea conditions, or strong winds, you will be offered to reschedule your activity on a different date; if you cannot reschedule, you will be given a full refund.
No refunds will be issued to customers who are unable to disembark at the Blue Lagoon due to not having a government-issued pass. It is the customer's responsibility to obtain the required pass in advance.
Not recommended for travellers who are prone to seasickness.
