On our way to Guatapé, for our first stop, we'll ascend to Alto del Chocho to relish a refreshing juice and a delectable snack. Try a hot chocolate and a Pandebono as it's traditional in this spot while you enjoy the panoramic view of the breathtaking surroundings.
Before to arrive to Guatapé we'll explore La Replica del Viejo Peñol, here you can see how the town (church and houses) that was flooded to build the Peñol dam looked like a few years ago. A real uncover the region's rich cultural heritage.
Meet the iconic Piedra del Peñol, a 220 meter high monolith, climb it's more than 600 steps and bask in the awe-inspiring vistas from its summit: hills, mountains, the dam, and the sky! An authentic, unmissable spot, perfect to smile for some pictures :)
