The tour continues to Parma Ham’s factory. The process starts with the arrival of the fresh pork legs then the experts will proceed with salting, resting, washing, drying, curing, greasing and branding. After exploring each step of Ham producing, you will taste the Parma Ham paired with a glass of wine.
