The Merry Cemetery is an unique , i dare to say WORK OF ART , place for the eternal rest. 60 years ago a man by his name Stan Ioan Patras came with an amazing idea of carving tomb stones in wood and painting them in blue , white , red , golden , yellow etc. It became the 2nd most visited cemetery in the world after the Valley of Pharaohs in Egypt. Shortly after your guide will take to world's tallest wooden monastery and you will finish your trip by the Cemetery at Stan Ioan Patras's memorial house.
