1. Your MEETING POINT for PRIVATE ARRIVAL transfer is in front of your designated arrival gate. There are 6 gates from Gate A to F in Terminal 1. Please check your arrival gate number upon arrival. Our driver will be holding your name on signboard.

2. Driver will be waiting total of 90mins after time of landing for you in front of the arrival gate. It will be marked as 'no show' and won't be entitled to a refund if come out late without any notification. Please contact our 24hrs Call Center if you cannot make it on time for possible adjustment (but not guaranteed).

3. If travel with more than one baggage per guest, please kindly indicate it upon reservation.

4. Due to the nature of this tour and the safety of all guests, the tour operator reserves the right to refuse service to passengers who are intoxicated or show signs of intoxication. If, as a result, your tour is canceled, you will not be entitled to a refund.
