Flight Tracking and Vehicle Assignment
We begin live tracking of the passenger’s flight using the provided flight number.
The vehicle timing is adjusted in case of delays or early arrivals.
Based on the reservation, a suitable vehicle (e.g. VIP Mercedes Vito, sedan, minibus) is scheduled.

Airport Meet & Greet (Istanbul Airport or Sabiha Gokcen Airport)
After passport control and baggage claim, the traveler is greeted at the arrivals hall.
The airport representative will be waiting with a signboard displaying the traveler’s name (e.g. “John Smith / Carga Tour”).
Assistance with luggage is provided if needed.

Transfer Departure
The traveler is escorted to the designated VIP vehicle.
The car is clean, air-conditioned, and comfortable. Our driver is professional, courteous, and knowledgeable.
Luggage is carefully loaded into the vehicle.
The journey begins toward the hotel, address, or port specified in the booking.

On-the-Road Services
Air-conditioning is available throughout the ride.
Free bottled water and Wi-Fi may be provided (depending on the service tier).
The driver chooses the fastest and most convenient route depending on traffic conditions.

Arrival and Drop-Off
Upon arrival, the traveler is dropped off directly at their hotel or desired location.
Luggage is unloaded, and any final needs are addressed.
The transfer is marked as completed in our system and a follow-up may be sent for customer feedback.
