You’ll be welcomed into the MindSlí Studio in Corbett Court Shopping Centre and invited to choose your theme:

At your own pace, move through 10 interactive stations. You might check in with your emotions, consider how much you live your ""happiness list", reflect on your relationships, or map out what makes live meaningful to you. Everything is private and self-guided — no group sharing or pressure.

Most visitors spend 30–40 minutes, with 15 min extra per person for a group. You’ll leave with personal insights written on your reflection cards, a sense of calm and clarity, and a hot drink with a piece of philosophical chocolate.
